Completing the form provides necessary information to schedule a tour and begin the application process! This information is required to verify your identity and will be reviewed by the property manager. Once your information has been prequalified we will reach out the next business day.

You must view the property of interest before proceeding with the application process. CEF&CO will advise you when to pay the $60 application fee.

You must fill out the form in its entirety or you will have to log back into the tenant portal to update the information.

WHEN COMPLETING THIS FORM, PLEASE BE PREPARED TO ATTACH THE FOLLOWING FOR EACH PROSPECT: PICTURE ID (Driver’s License or State Issued ID Card) FOR ALL ADULTS 18 YEARS OR OLDER; PROOF OF INCOME (1 month of paystubs/income verification); **Your NET income (bring home pay) must be 3 times the rent-Taxable Income Only. Your application approval is not solely based on income (for example, credit history, background checks, outstanding debts, etc. will be taken into consideration).
