Mike is a native of Spartanburg and graduate of the University of South Carolina with a BA in Retail Management. He has had an active interest in purchasing and holding real estate since 2006. He serves as Planning Commissioner for the City of Spartanburg and is on the Board of Trustees for Saint James United Methodist Church. Mike joined our team in 2010 and has obtained both his Property Management and Real Estate Sales Licenses. In his role as Managing Director, Mike oversees all assets currently under management to ensure they are operating to the owner’s best interest. His objective is to assist new and existing clients maximize their real estate investment potential and goals. His knowledge and experience allow him to provide sound advice and recommendations to clients while also troubleshooting maintenance issues with residents and coordinating necessary repairs.

Dillon was born and raised in Boiling Springs, SC. He graduated from Boiling Springs High School and obtained an Associates of Applied Sciences from Spartanburg Community College. He joined our team at the start of 2022 with focus on coordinating maintenance requests between tenants & owners and ensuring that they are handled efficiently. He is also involved in many other aspects of property management including photography, marketing, inspections, evictions, billing, etc. He is our primary source of communication for maintenance and marketing.
Dillon is also a licensed real estate agent for our office and hopes to obtain a personal portfolio of real estate in the future.

Ashley is originally from Woodstock, GA, and having lived all over Atlanta, now calls Spartanburg home for the last 6 years. She currently attends Limestone University Majoring in Business Management with a concentration in Law. Ashley is a dependable, honest, and compassionate human being who loves to help others. A strong leader and enjoy positions in the community where she can organize and execute plans that inspire growth in others. When not following the rules, Ashley enjoys being a mother to two beautiful girls, spending time with family, swimming, cooking, gaming, and enjoying concerts and music festivals.

Casey has 12 years of customer service, financial, and managerial experience. She recently graduated Summa Cum Laude earning an Associates Degree of Applied Science in Accounting. She moved to Spartanburg in early 2017 and quickly familiarized herself with the area. She is energetic, personable, and dedicated to quality service. Casey is always ready to assist with any questions you may have to ensure you get the answers you need. She is a great asset to our team!
